# HMS Operations ## Bulk Import Go to Settings -> Bulk Import Download the reference xls file. Insert your data to the reference file. Upload! ### Frontend Website There is frontend website for the hospital. Admin can manage the content of that website from backend. To show the frontend website as system home page rather than the login page 1. Dashboard 2. Department 3. Doctor 4. Patient 5. Doctor Schedule 6. Appointment 7. Video Consultation 8. Bulk Import 22. Database Backup 23. Frontend Website ## Bed For managing internal patients it has a bed module. After allotting a patient to a bed from Bed -> Add Allotment menu click on the Edit button from the allotment list. You will see these tabs. Check In\ Daily Progress\ Medicines\ Service\ Discharge ## Users There are 9 types of user in the system. Super Admin\ Admin\ Doctor\ Patient\ Accountant\ Pharmacist\ Receptionist\ Nurse\ Laboratorist\ Admin have access to almost all the features.\ Others Roles are predefined. ## Finance & Payments Users can create invoices for lab tests and other payments from Financial Activities -> Add Payments section. First you need to create Payment Procedures from Financial Activities -> Payment Procedure Section Patients can pay in cash or through their card from patient login. Users can print, download or email an invoice. There are date to date, monthly and daily reporting system. There is a user activity report though which admin can track the record of financial activities staff wise. ## Schedule & Appointment To create an appointment with a doctor user should create schedule first for that doctor. On a creating a schedule for a specific time range for a weekday all the slots between that time range for that weekday will be automatically created. After that you can create appointment for that weekday of any date for that doctor. There is a appointment calendar system. Admin can see all the appointment while doctor and patient can see their appointments only. ## Pharmacy & Medicine There is a pharmacy module in the system. This is not for the hospital's internal patients. Hospital can use this for walking customers. It has it's own invoicing, medicine inventory management and reporting. Although when hospital assign a medicine to a patient, system only fetch the medicine prices from the medicine module and this assignment doesn't affect the pharmacy inventory. A new sale from the pharmacy module only reduce the quantity of a medicine. ## SMS SMS functionalities are integrated in this system. On certain actions like invoice creation, appointments, registration etc, system sends sms to recipients automatically. There is a auto sms template module from where admin can change the auto sms template. User also can send sms manually to all patients, doctors, donors along with single patient and single doctor. User can create template for manual sms too. Template can be created with various shortcode to address or any other amount for uniqueness of the sms. For sending SMS user should have a account and balance in our registered sms gateways.\ You can find the register gateway list and configure option in SMS -> Settings menu. ## Email Email functionalities are integrated in this system.
