Human Rights Statement

Lisaiceland DBA — Human Rights Statement

Lisaiceland DBA (“Lisaiceland,” “we,” “our company”) is committed to conducting business in a manner that respects and promotes human rights. We understand that every decision we make affects our employees, contractors, customers, partners, suppliers, and the broader community — and we aim for that impact to be positive, empowering, and fair. Transparency and accountability are central to our values, and this Human Rights Statement represents our public pledge to uphold these commitments.

Our Commitment

  • We believe businesses—including ours—have a responsibility to respect human rights. That means avoiding infringements on the rights of others, and proactively addressing any adverse human-rights impacts we cause, contribute to, or are connected with.

  • We commit to respecting basic human rights as outlined in internationally recognized frameworks including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and, when applicable, labor and economic/social rights as described in instruments such as the International Labor Organization (ILO) standards.

  • We aim not only to avoid harm, but to use our work as a force for good — promoting dignity, fairness, inclusion, privacy, and wellbeing for all people in our sphere of influence.

  • Wherever we operate, we will comply with applicable laws and regulations — and, whenever possible, will hold ourselves to standards that go beyond minimum legal requirements.

I. Employees, Contractors, and Workers

  • Every person working for or with Lisaiceland — employees, contractors, or contingent workers — has the right to a workplace that is safe, respectful, professional, and free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation.

  • We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment on any grounds (e.g., race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, or any other protected characteristic).

  • We strive for fairness in remuneration, equal pay for equal work, and equitable opportunities for growth and advancement.

  • We are committed to privacy, dignity, and respect for individual differences — and encourage a culture in which people feel safe bringing their full selves to work.

  • We will maintain and communicate clear, confidential, and accessible channels for raising concerns, grievances, or reporting violations — with a commitment to investigate and remediate issues in good faith, without retaliation.

II. Customers, Clients, and Users

  • We respect the rights of our customers/clients to privacy, fairness, and transparent treatment in how we handle any personal or business data.

  • We will be clear and open about how we collect, use, store, and share information. Where relevant, we will adhere to best practices in data protection and privacy.

  • We will treat all customers/clients fairly and without discrimination, regardless of background, location, or identity.

  • Where applicable, we commit to designing products/services with accessibility, inclusivity, and fairness in mind — so that our offerings can be used by as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities or those from historically marginalized communities.

III. Business Partners, Suppliers & Contractors

  • We expect our business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors to share our commitment to human rights, fair labor practices, and ethical conduct.

  • We require that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to labor, nondiscrimination, workplace safety, wages, hours, and benefits.

  • We do not tolerate any form of forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, or exploitative practices in any part of our supply chain or business network.

  • We reserve the right to review, audit, or terminate relationships with partners who fail to meet these standards.

IV. Community, Environment & Broader Impact

  • We recognize that business activities occur within broader social and environmental contexts — and that we have a responsibility to consider their impacts on communities and the planet.

  • We aim to operate sustainably and responsibly, minimizing negative environmental impact and, where possible, contributing positively to environmental stewardship and community wellbeing.

  • We are attentive to how our business might affect vulnerable or marginalized groups; we commit to treating all individuals with dignity, respect, and fairness, and to avoiding actions that disproportionately harm any community.

  • We welcome dialogue with stakeholders — including employees, customers, partners, and community organizations — to understand concerns, gather feedback, and continuously improve our impact.

Governance, Accountability & Continuous Improvement

  • This Human Rights Statement is endorsed by Lisaiceland’s leadership, and its implementation is a shared responsibility across our organization.

  • We will review our human rights commitments and performance regularly, and strive to continuously improve policies and practices.

  • We commit to transparency in our efforts: when issues arise, we will investigate, remediate, and learn — and when relevant, be open to external feedback.

  • We encourage open communication: people impacted by our operations — employees, contractors, partners, customers — should feel safe to raise concerns or potential violations, and we commit to treating all reports seriously and confidentially, without retaliation.

Closing Statement

At Lisaiceland DBA, we believe that business should honor the dignity and rights of all individuals it touches. This Human Rights Statement reflects our ambition to build a company founded on respect, fairness, and integrity. We know this is not a “set and forget”— but a living commitment. Through our actions, policies, and values, we commit to doing our part to make business a force for good.
