The subject of this Agreement is not the use or processing of personal data of the Controller by the Processor. According to the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Processor, the Processor shall process personal data of the Controller without further consent insofar as the are required for the establishment and execution of the contract and for billing purposes. However, the Controller has the possibility to process personal data of third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Customer Data") with the services of the Processor. In the context of the provision of services, access to Customer Data by the Processor cannot be excluded. This Agreement sets forth the data protection obligations and rights of the Parties in connection with the processing of Customer Data by the Processor. DPA (public)

This Agreement is valid for the above mentioned subscription-ID and the services provided by the Processor thereunder.
